Dispatch time

We aim to ship all ready-made orders within 3–5 working days. For Made-to-Order or Customized pieces, please allow an additional 7–15 working days depending on the design requirements. Dispatch timelines will be confirmed after order confirmation.

Note: Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

Shipping charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight/volume, and service type. Each delivery address is treated as a separate order and is subject to its own shipping fee.

Domestic & international delivery

• 3–4 working days after dispatch

  Express shipping is available for an additional 25% charge, with dispatch within 48–72 hours for eligible orders.
  

Customs & duties

For international orders, customs charges, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. These are beyond our control and vary by country.

Delivery process & responsibility

We use trusted courier partners (e.g., DTDC, Professional Courier, ST Couriers, etc.) for safe delivery. Couriers make two delivery attempts; please ensure someone is available to receive your package. Incorrect or incomplete address/contact details may cause delays or returns—re-delivery will incur additional charges.

Packaging & damage

All items are packed securely. If your package appears tampered with, do not accept it and contact us immediately at vivaciousdesignerboutiq@gmail.com or 7397363211. Once accepted, we assume the package was received in good condition.

If the product is accepted for return/ exchange, the alternate product for return/ exchange will be delivered with 6-7 days.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, we will share a tracking number via email/WhatsApp. You can use it to follow your shipment’s progress.
