Refund & return policy
At Vivacious, your satisfaction matters to us. We take great care to ensure every product is delivered in perfect condition. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is damaged or defective on arrival and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be sent to vivaciousdesignerboutiq@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.
If the product is accepted for return/ exchange, the alternate product for return/ exchange will be delivered with 6-7 days.
We do not accept returns/exchanges for:
Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish (due to photography or screen resolution)
Wrong size selection by the customer
Damage occurring after delivery
For Customized Orders: As they are made exclusively to your measurements and design preferences, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not allowed unless the product is faulty.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping, duties, and taxes.

Important notes
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at delivery, do not accept it. Inform the courier immediately and contact us with photographic proof.
Always retain original packaging and invoices for any returns.
